• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Swimwear is required for all water attractions.

• Refunds are not provided for unused or partially used services.

• Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are strictly not allowed.

• Certain rides may have age, height, or weight restrictions for safety.

• No diving is allowed; enter all pools and attractions feet-first.

• Shared transfers operate only from centrally located Dubai hotels/residences.

• Pick-up time may shift by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or location.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside shared transfer vehicles.
