How to Redeem

3. Collect your wristbands, then head to the designated area via buggy transport.

Important Information

• Bring a valid passport or ID.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• For Swim & Explore, guests must be confident swimmers.

• Deep-water sections reach 5.5 meters.

• Transfers outside central Dubai incur extra charges.

• No accessories allowed during dolphin activities (watches, earrings, etc.).

• Arrive 30 minutes early for wristband collection.

• Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed inside transfer vehicles.
