Safe and Secure for Parents and Kids

Adults are allowed entry only when accompanying children. RFID security bracelets for both children and guardians ensure safety while kids explore the city independently.

How to Redeem

1. Download or print your Black Stone Tourism ticket.

2. Present it at the KidZania entry gate for scanning.

3. Once scanned, your child can begin exploring the city.

Important Information

• Adults can enter only if accompanying at least one child with a valid ticket.

• Children must be supervised by accompanying adults.

• Valid ID/passport is required.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

• No refunds for unused or partially used tickets.

• Black Stone Tourism is not responsible if any attractions are unavailable due to technical reasons.

• Shared transfers are only available from centrally located Dubai hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted; food and beverages can be purchased inside KidZania.
