How to Redeem Your Ticket

2. Present the digital ticket at the gate or turnstile for scanning.

3. Once scanned, you may enter the park.

Important Information

• A super taxi service operates inside the park: AED 10 (Adults) / AED 5 (Children) per ride.

• Wear comfortable clothing covering shoulders and knees; sports shoes recommended.

• Respect the animals and park rules — no feeding, teasing, or littering.

• Bicycles, pets, scooters, skateboards, skates, toy guns, balloons, balls, and flash photography are prohibited.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed; alcohol is strictly banned.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Last entry to the park is at 6:30 PM.
