How to Redeem

1. Download your ticket from the confirmation email.

2. Present the printed or mobile ticket at the venue for scanning.

3. Once scanned, enjoy your visit to Global Village.

Important Information

• Carry a valid Photo ID/passport for entry.

• Shared transfers are only from centrally located Dubai hotels/residences: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina.

• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic and location.

• Children must wear safety wristbands provided at the ticket booths.

• No outside food, pets, or wheeled items (rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, tricycles) allowed.

• Respectful attire is required: covered torso, shoulders, and legs.

• Last entry is allowed 30 minutes before closing.

• Free entry for guests below 3 years and above 65 years.

• Our terms prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside transfer vehicles.
