How to Redeem

• After booking, a confirmation voucher will be emailed to you.

• If not received, check your spam/junk folder.

• Present the voucher (printed or mobile) to the driver upon pickup.

Important Information

• Children under 16 can join the safari but cannot access shisha or dune buggy.

• Infants are not allowed on dune bashing and must be supervised by a guardian.

• Shared transfers apply only from central Dubai areas: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina.

• If your location is outside these zones, our operations team will guide you to the nearest meeting point.

• Pregnant women and guests with back problems are not recommended to participate.

• No refunds for partially used services.

• Heavy luggage is not allowed during the activity.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the transfer vehicles.
