• Guests must carry a valid Emirates ID or passport.

• Weight requirement: 30 kg – 120 kg

• Height requirement: 120 cm – 200 cm

• Modest, secure clothing is required: no loose dresses, skirts, flip-flops, open footwear, or loose scarves.

• Guests with medical conditions (back/neck issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, etc.) should inform staff beforehand.

• Notify staff of any physical or intellectual disability that may affect the experience.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside transfer vehicles.
