Relax and Recharge

Sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms, and locker facilities (chargeable) are available throughout the park. Life jackets are provided free of charge and are mandatory on certain rides.

Important Information

• Jumeirah guest queue closes 45 minutes before park closing during peak periods.

• Shared transfers only from central Dubai hotels/residences; pickups outside central Dubai may incur an additional fee.

• Transfer timings may vary 30–60 minutes due to traffic.

• No refunds for unused or partially used services.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are prohibited.

• Safety rules: enter pools and attractions feet first, no diving.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside transfer vehicles.

• Attractions may be unavailable due to technical reasons.

• Ladies Night: Every Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM. General admission tickets are not valid. Tickets must be purchased via official sources.
