TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Present ticket and your valid passport/ID card upon check-in.
• Passenger must arrive at the helipad location at least 45 minutes prior to the flight time.
• Late arrivals: If a passenger arrives after the flight time, they will be considered as “no show” & no refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Over 48 hours in advance: No charges applied.
• Less than 48 hours in advance: 50% of the booked cost will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
• Pregnant passengers: Should the passenger be 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that she is medically fit and able to fly.
• Cameras: No commercial filming; iPads and selfie sticks and camera lenses with more than 400mm are not permitted to use.
• Special Needs: Passenger to provide his own lifting assistance service in/out of the helicopter.
• Right of Refusal: HeliDubai has the right to enforce dress safety code or to refuse any passenger to fly, at its sole discretion.

Weather Conditions

All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.

Marketing

HeliDubai reserves the right to use any acquired passenger’s photos or videos. Photos are not included in the helicopter tour experience; they can be purchased at the HeliPhotos counter.
