How to Redeem

1. Check your email for your booking confirmation/tickets.

2. Download and present the ticket at the venue.

3. Ensure you check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t appear.

Important Information

• A valid ID is required at check-in.

• Must be a confident swimmer.

• Avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs 24 hours prior to diving.

• Completion of the liability and medical forms is mandatory:

  • Scuba Dive Medical Form

  • Snorkeling Liability Form

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Permitted equipment: mask, breathing regulator, gauges, fins, cameras

• Forbidden items: diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators, wet/dry suits, diving booties

• Wait 18-24 hours before ascending higher than 300 meters (1,000 feet) after any dive.

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.

• Booking is valid only for the selected date and time.
