• Valid Photo ID/passport is required for entry.

• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located Dubai hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).

• Arrival times for transfers may vary depending on traffic.

• Animals, pets, toys, and sharp tools are prohibited.

• Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Frame.

• Visitors must wear respectful attire.

• Avoid touching exhibition items.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Free access for children under 3 years and people of determination with two companions.

• Dubai Frame closes early on December 13, 2025, for a private event; last entry at 7:30 PM.
