How to Redeem

1. You will receive your confirmation voucher via email shortly after your booking with Black Stone Tourism.

2. Check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

3. Show your mobile voucher or a printed copy at the ticket counter to collect your physical tickets.

4. Scan the QR code on your voucher at the entrance for direct access.

• Transfers are available only from centrally located hotels/residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).

• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic and location.

• Guests must follow all onsite safety instructions provided by Dubai Garden Glow.

• Pets and animals are not permitted.

• Modest and appropriate clothing is required.

• Use only designated walkways and exit paths.

• Outside food, beverages, and smoking are prohibited inside the park.

• Last entry is allowed up to 1 hour before closing time.

• For tours with transfers, eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed.
