How to Redeem

• After booking, your confirmation voucher will be emailed to you.

• Check your inbox and spam/junk folders.

• Present a printed or mobile copy of the voucher to receive your physical tickets at the activity location.

Important Information

• A passport or Emirates ID copy is required for every passenger at the time of booking, as per the Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). Upload your documents at:

• Guests must sign a waiver form at the site before flying.

• A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for communication and pickup updates.

Transfer Restrictions

• Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, DIP, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, DAMAC Hills, Sharjah, and other emirates.

• Private transfers are available from Dubai and other emirates at an additional cost.

• Exact pickup time will be shared a day before the tour between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.

• Be at your pickup point at least 10 minutes early; delays may result in missed flights.

• Shared transfer timings may shift by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.

Age, Health & Weight Restrictions

• Children under 5 and adults over 70 are not permitted to fly.

• Maximum weight allowed: 119 kg. Heavier guests require pilot approval and an additional charge.

• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.

• Guests must be physically fit—able to climb into the basket and maintain brace position during landing.

• Those with disabilities or medical conditions (physical, mental, or emotional) cannot participate.

• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• No heavy luggage is allowed.

• Recommended attire: Comfortable, casual clothing and flat shoes—no heels.

Safety & Weather Policies

• Not suitable for individuals with heart issues, severe knee or back problems, recent major surgery, or fear of heights.

• Flights depend on weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to proceed or cancel based on safety guidelines.

• If canceled due to weather, guests can choose the next available date or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48 hours before departure: Full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure: 100% charge (no refund).

• Refunds are processed within 5–11 business days to the original payment method.
