How to Redeem

1. Download your ticket from your email.

2. Scan your ticket at the entrance to receive a wristband.

3. Wear the wristband to gain access to all included zones.

Important Information

• Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels/residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).

• Transfer timings may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic.

• Attraction queues close 30 minutes before park closing.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times.

• Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Admission is free for children below 1.05m in height.

• Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the park.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside transfer vehicles.
