How to Redeem

• Guests must present a soft copy of their voucher on their mobile device.

• Your voucher will be checked during pickup or at the entrance.

Important Information

• Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back pain (due to dune bashing).

• Hotel/residence pickups are available only within Dubai (not from the airport).

• Pickups from locations outside Dubai are available at extra cost.

• Shared transfers available from: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road to Marina.

• Transfer timings may shift by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.

• Dune access is restricted at night; sunrise access is allowed.

• Outside snacks and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

• Loud music is not allowed after 1:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
