How to Redeem

1. Present a soft copy of your voucher on your phone at the entrance.

2. Once scanned, you can enter and enjoy the palace.

Important Information

• Carry a valid ID or passport for check-in.

• Tickets are valid for single entry only.

• Dress modestly: cover shoulders and knees.

• Complimentary parking is available; valet parking incurs a nominal fee.

• Wheelchairs are free; strollers are available for rent.

• Outside food and beverages (except bottled water) are not allowed.

• Prohibited items include sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, and large bags.

• Facilities include prayer rooms, restrooms, a first-aid room, and a designated smoking area.

• Palace in Motion Light Show: Last entry is 45 minutes before showtime; show at 07:10 PM.

• Important Update: The palace will be closed on 17th and 18th November for a state event and reopen on 19th November.
